She has a strong background in building global wholesale businesses, managing licensed products, and overseeing apparel, accessories, footwear, home, and beauty divisions. Shannon's extensive experience spans across all retail segments, encompassing specialty, mass, luxury, and off-price markets. She has implemented successful growth strategies at Calvin Klein, Levi’s, Old Navy, Eddie Bauer, Target, Walmart, and many other global brands.

She led the Nordstrom Fashion Office, creating the strategy and fashion direction for over $15.5 billion of retail revenue, including Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, Trunk Club, and Haute Look. As an industry expert, Shannon represented the Nordstrom brand on TV and in publications such as Vogue, Elle, and GQ resulting in millions of impressions and brand awareness.

Over the years, she has built a reputation, attracting a prestigious clientele in both the finance and retail sectors. Shannon has advised notable financial institutions such as Citibank, Bank of America, JP Morgan, Blackrock, UBS Bank, Fidelity, as well as renowned consulting firms like McKinsey and Bain & Co.
